Because not every love story becomes a story… but some become stickers.

I was listening to “Tunnel of You” by Cannons when a little lightbulb flickered to life.

So my tiny little brain — who I like to call Deb 🧠 — took the wheel, as usual, and ran with it.

I grabbed my iPad, opened up Procreate, and was ready to get started.

But surprise, surprise — my Apple Pencil was dead. So while it charged (rude), I listened to the song on repeat and let the lyrics sink in. And that's when the ideas really started to take shape — soft, dreamy, a little achey in the best way.

"And lift me up, don’t let me hit the ground‘ Cause I’ve been walking past midnight And I’ve been talking to the moon about you.”

It felt like it was written straight out of one of those quiet, achey memories — the kind you tuck away in your back pocket… which, if you wear women’s jeans, is probably decorative and useless. Still, the memory finds a way.

So, I jumped down a rabbit hole to a tiny moment in my past — the exact moment I met this adorable guy (we’ll call him Mr. If Only). I didn’t see it coming at all. The second I saw him, it was like Cupid sucker-punched me right in the gut. You know the kind — out of nowhere, no warning, just

💥 BAM! Mr. If Only had the cutest smile, and I was a goner.

It’s giving: emotional productivity.

Designing the Moon Sticker Sheet

That mix of excitement and calm is what shaped this moon sticker sheet design. I drew a girl with a messy bun (hi, it’s me) wearing a dress inspired by one I used to have. I gave her a heart to hold out toward the moon, like she was offering up her feelings to the universe. Then I surrounded her with stars, clouds, and planets — because when you’re in that kind of headspace, it feels like you’re floating through the cosmos.

Weightless.

And because I love a good vibe, I made a mixtape dedicated to this sticker-that-wanted-to-be-a-sheet. It’s romantic, a little nostalgic, and perfect for late-night moon chats. 💫

Now… let’s talk about my Cricut meltdown. 😤

This was my first attempt at making a full sticker sheet. It involved many brave battles with flattening, slicing, attaching, detaching, reattaching, and (let’s be honest) throwing a full-on tantrum that would’ve made toddler-me proud. One minute the Cricut was applying zero pressure — the next, it was carving through my paper like a tiny spiteful sword. Turns out if you guess the wrong pressure setting, Cricut just eats your dreams. I wasted paper. I pulled my hair out. 🙃 Deb, of course, offered zero help — just panic and vibes.

No shade to Cricut, by the way — I’m sure it was 100% user error. Hehe.

Luckily, I still have photos of the individual stickers and a few test sheets that didn’t quite hit the mark — but they’re survivors of the Cricut War, so I’ll count it as a win.

To the moon, with love sticker sheets
Sticker feelings for someone I almost forgot. Almost.

Then it happened. I finally figured out how to cut a sticker sheet—and honestly, once it clicked, it was so simple. Funny how the hardest part is just getting started.

I’m so happy with how it turned out. This little design took me on an unexpected trip down memory lane. A good one. A kind of magical one. And while not every love story becomes a story…

Some become stickers. ♥️

And because this collection was inspired by late nights + dreamy music, I pulled together a playlist to match. Think of it as the soundtrack to To the Moon, With Love 🌙 ♥️ 🎶.”
